VEGAN CAESAR BRUSSELS SPROUT SALAD w CRISPY CROUTONS✨

RECIPE
Serves 5-7 sides
Substances
20 ounces Brussels sprouts (or you would add or exchange with romaine or any greens you need)
Dressing:
three cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 half of tbsp white vinegar
four tbsp tahini
half of cup water
Juice of 1 massive lemon or two small lemons
three tbsp olive oil
1 half of tsp onion powder
four tbsp dietary yeast
1 tsp salt
1/four tsp pepper
Croutons:
four slices rustic or sourdough bread
half of tbsp onion powder
half of tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
For the croutons; Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
Reduce bread into cubes, place on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Drizzle over 2 tbsp olive oil then Sprinkle over onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Place within the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or till golden.

For the dressing:
In a medium sized bowl mix all dressing elements and whisk collectively till effectively mixed.
Reduce Brussels sprouts ends then thinly chop into shreds, place in a big mixing bowl.
As soon as able to serve pour dressing over, toss, add croutons and a further crack of black pepper, add avocado slices and luxuriate in!
