1 block puff pastry
1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
1 punnet heirloom tomatoes, sliced
A couple of sprigs of thyme
1/four cup basil leaves
Preheat oven to 200âĒc. Roll out puff pastry to 1/2 inch thick and trim into desired form. Use a fork to piece the pastry throughout, leaving an inch across the edge. Unfold over cream cheese, and sprinkle with thyme. Layer on tomatoes, overlaying all of the cheese. Bake within the oven for 15-20 minutes till overrated and golden. Add basil leaves simply earlier than serving.
