WHAT YOU NEED
1/Four onion, finely chopped
three cloves garlic, minced
1 pack additional agency tofu, pressed of liquid
1-2 tbsp tamari
1 28 ouncesjar of marinara
2 bay leaves
~half of cup reserved pasta water
Four massive handfuls chopped spinach, recent or frozen
salt to style, ~half of tsp
HOW TO MAKE
Press tofu of liquid for ~30 minutes earlier than cooking.
Warmth your pasta water whilst you put together the sauce.
Saute onion on medium warmth till aromatic. Add garlic and saute for an additional minute. Finely crumble the tofu in your palms over onion/garlic, toss to mix. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of tamari over tofu, toss to include.
Pour marinara sauce over tofu and stir to mix, add bay leaves and simmer till your pasta is finished cooking.
Reserve ~half of cup pasta water earlier than draining noodles and pour into pasta sauce, ed by spinach, toss till spinach is wilted. Add drained noodles and toss to mix. Salt to style and serve!
